The Pots R Us Online payment gateway is secured using SSL technology. This technology is the most advanced security technology available today and ensures that your credit card number and personal data are never sent over the Internet unencrypted.

Delivery & Postage

Allow up to 14 days for delivery of in-stock items. You will be notified of any items that are out of stock and of their expected delivery date. These items will be placed on back order if requested.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

We use Australia Post or Independent Freight Forwarders. Pots 'r' Us Online will not be held liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by Australia Post or the Freight Forwarders.

All Freight Delivery Rate Charges of your purchase are calculated to your nearest depot only, from where you may collect your purchase (excluding Mandurah Areas and Perth Metro). The advantage of this delivery arrangement is that your purchase will be kept in a secure location until you are able to collect it. Most depots are centrally located and we will provide you with information such as distance and directions to your local depot. However, a 'Door to Door' service is available so please specify if this is required as extra charges will apply. The extra charges will include a local delivery fee and a handling charge. Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not perfectly happy with your choice of purchase, please return the goods to us in their original and unused condition and within 7 days of receipt for an exchange*.

Please be careful to choose carefully as we do not provide refunds and will only allow one free exchange of goods. Any further exchanges will incur a charge for re-stocking of $15.

Please let us know the reason for returning the goods and what you would like the goods exchanged for. For your protection we suggest that you send your goods back via Express Post or a chosen Freight Forwarder with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

*Goods that are returned in a condition other than their original and unused will not be accepted.
